Autism Support
Predictable, respectful support — on your terms.
For many autistic adults, the problem with support isn't needing it — it's support that arrives late, changes without warning, or comes from a stranger who doesn't understand sensory needs. Ours is built to be the opposite: consistent people, reliable timings, clear communication, no surprises.
Who this helps
Autistic adults who want support that respects their communication style, sensory needs and routines.
What this support includes
- A small, consistent team — introduced properly, changed only with notice and choice
- Structured, predictable routines agreed in advance
- Support with daily living, education, work and interests
- Community access at your pace, in environments that work for you
- Sensory-aware practice: how we knock, how we speak, what we never do
How we do it differently
Every plan includes a communication and sensory profile written with the person: preferred contact methods, processing time, triggers and calming strategies. If we're ever going to be late, you get a message, not a doorbell surprise. Staff complete autism training in line with the Oliver McGowan mandatory framework, and support is reviewed with the person, not just about them.
How it starts
A free home assessment, a written plan in plain English, and an introduction to your carers — care begins only when you're ready.
