Personal Care
Dignified support with the private moments of daily life.
Washing, dressing, continence care, getting up and going to bed — the parts of the day that are hardest to accept help with. Personal care done well is quiet, respectful and unhurried, delivered by someone you know and trust.
Who this helps
Adults who find aspects of daily routine harder than they used to — after illness, with age, or living with a long-term condition — and who want to stay comfortable and confident in their own home.
What this support includes
- Support with bathing, showering and washing
- Dressing and grooming, your way — your clothes, your standards
- Continence support and catheter or stoma care by competency-assessed staff
- Help getting up in the morning and settling at night
- Safe moving and positioning, including hoist transfers
- Skin integrity checks and pressure-area awareness
How we do it differently
The same small team attends you, so nobody explains their routine to a stranger. Every carer is trained and observed in practice before working alone, and your care plan records the details that make dignity real: the order you like things done, what you'd rather manage yourself. Where you can do something with a little time, we give you the time — our visits are planned to the care, not the clock.
How it starts
A free home assessment, a written plan in plain English, and an introduction to your carers — care begins only when you're ready.
