Matching is everything when someone shares your home, so we treat it as the core discipline: personality, interests, routines, even cooking styles are considered, and you meet your carer before anything begins. Unlike introduction agencies, we employ, train, supervise and manage our live-in carers, with a named Care Manager who visits regularly. If the match isn't right, we change it. Cost, honestly: typically comparable to a good care home for one person — and significantly better value for couples.
