Every complex package is built around a task-specific competency framework: no carer performs a delegated healthcare task until trained on that task, for that client, and signed off by a registered health professional — with refresher cycles documented and auditable. And we're honest at the front door: if a package needs skills or capacity we don't have, we say so before anyone depends on us.
