Physical Disability Support

Your home, your schedule, your life — with the right support in place.

We support adults with physical disabilities to live independently at home: from an hour of well-timed help to full live-in support, delivered by trained staff who understand that how support is given matters as much as what is done.

Who this helps

Adults with physical disabilities who know how their support should work — and want a provider who delivers it their way, consistently.

What this support includes

  • Personal care and safe moving and handling, including hoists and specialist equipment
  • Support timed around your life — work, study, family — not a provider's rota
  • Meal preparation, domestic support and errands
  • Support to travel and get out — work, sport, social life
  • Working with your OT and physio on rehabilitation programmes

How we do it differently

You direct the support. Our job is to recruit, train and roster people who do things your way, every time. Staff are competency-assessed on your specific equipment and routines, your care plan is written in the first person, and punctuality is treated as a clinical matter — because when support is late, your whole day is.

How it starts

A free home assessment, a written plan in plain English, and an introduction to your carers — care begins only when you're ready.
